In-flight purchases may have gotten just a tad bit easier, if you have an iPhone and use JetBlue to fly.
Starting next week the airliner will begin allowing passengers, on select flights, to use ApplePay, a mobile payment service where users can skip the hassle of credit cards by utilizing their phones to make in-flight purchases.
There are a few problems with this. Not everyone with an iPhone can use ApplePay. You need to have one of the newest versions of the popular phone in order to utilize the service.
My point: This service, at least at the moment, is extremely limited.
