According to analytics company, Crimson Hexagon, social media despises some pretty popular airlines. As per the study, American Airlines and United both topped the list with 56% of each of their mentions being negative comments. Neil Smit, President and CEO of Comcast Cable, has announced that his company will roll out a new multi-year plan to revitalize its much maligned customer service department. The transformation will include an investment of $300 million and the addition of over 5,000 employees in the next 2-3 years.
