New Director for Silver Line Phase 2?
MWAA has announced Charles Stark as the new Chief of the Dulles Metro Rail Plan. Stark, a 40 year veteran in the transportation industry comes to the project after former chief; Pat Nowakowski stepped down earlier this year. 
Stark’s broad experience in transit construction brings a multitude of knowledge to the oft-delayed venture which is not slated for completion until 2018.
