Could Sky Transit Be Coming To New York?
A top New York real estate executive believes the key to NY's traffic issues could be in the skies.
Daniel Levy, President of East River Skyway, plans to present an idea for aerial cable cars which he thinks would cut down traffic in the Big Apple fairly significantly. He also estimates the cost at around $75-$100 Million, which apparently is on the cheap end.
It sounds a bit too futuristic to me but then again we're only a year away from hoverboards according to "Back to the Future."
