Faster Lines In Customs?
If you’ve ever traveled internationally then you know how much of a drag getting through customs can be. This may become a thing of the past.
Dulles International Airport is instituting new self-service passport control kiosks to make trips through customs inspection much faster. The kiosk will scan passports, ask questions, take the users photograph, and then print out a receipt for face-to-face verification with a customs officer.
This more efficient system will only be accessible for U.S. and Canadian travelers and non-U.S citizens from visa-waiver countries.
