Well That Was Great Customer Service!
So apparently some companies think the best way to keep their customers is to call them names.
Comcast customer, Lisa Brown was shocked to find out that her husband's name had been changed to "Asshole Brown" when they received their last bill after cancelling services.
This isn't the first time the cable giant has had issues with PR. Back in October 2014, a California man claimed to have been terminated from his job in retaliation for calling Comcast's corporate offices to complain about his account.
In the case of Mrs. Brown, the cable provider has since issued an apology, fired the person responsible for the incident, and refunded a full two years of service.
Given the company's now notorious reputation with its treatment of customers, an apology and refund are probably pretty much protocol.
