Customer Service, Personal Assistant, or a Bit of Both?

A new startup called "Magic" is offering customers personal concierge services.

Now let me clarify. This isn't an app, it is a "legal requests only" text message based service.

So, say you need to purchase tickets to a movie you know is going to sell out but you're preoccupied with work. All you would have to do is text the number with your request and confirm. Easy right?

Now here's my question. Would one be considered incredibly lazy or astonishingly resourceful for using "Magic"?
