The humanoid bots will have features that include facial recognition for things such as identifying guests who have misplaced their roomkeys.
The owner and CEO of the hotel, Huis Ten Bosch, has stated that while at first the hotel will only have three robots, it is his desire to eventually have 90% of the offered services staffed by A.I.
I often wonder how innovations like this will affect customer service going forward. I guess we'll see sooner than later.
