Comcast Finally Catches On
Neil Smit, President and CEO of Comcast Cable, has announced that his company will roll out a new multi-year plan to revitalize its much maligned customer service department.
The transformation will include an investment of $300 million and the addition of over 5,000 employees in the next 2-3 years.
As the Country's largest provider of cable services, Comcast will defnitely need to do something to keep their consumer base satisfied.
